4.1 Membership Fees and Recurring Payments

If accepted, you will become a member on the terms set out below.

Membership is subject to a recurring monthly fee, at the rate confirmed when your application is accepted. By accepting membership, you authorise us to take automatic monthly payments from the payment method you provide until you cancel your membership in accordance with these terms.

4.2 Minimum Term

During this period, the monthly fees remain payable and you may not cancel.

4.3 Cancellation After Minimum Term

After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time by:emailing hello@toma.house, or using any cancellation method we make available

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing month, after which no further charges will be taken.

4.4 Cooling‑Off Period (Statutory Right)

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your membership within 14 days of acceptance.If you choose to access any member‑only services during the 14‑day period, you agree that:

  • the membership will begin immediately, and

  • you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the services have been provided

If you cancel within the cooling‑off period:

  • before accessing services → full refund

  • after accessing services → we may deduct a pro‑rata amount for the period used

4.5 Payment Issues

If a payment fails, we may attempt to take payment again. If payment cannot be collected, we may:

  • suspend your access, and/or

  • end your membership

Fees owed during the minimum term will remain payable.

4.6 Conduct

We may revoke membership if a member’s behaviour is inconsistent with the values of the house or if they breach these terms.Where we revoke membership during the minimum term due to a serious breach, no refund will be given.

When you submit written answers or optional photos as part of your application, you grant TOMA Group Ltd a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use that content for reviewing your application and administering your membership.We will not publish your application answers publicly without your explicit permission.

All content on this website - including text, design, layout, graphics, and the TOMA name - belongs to TOMA Group Ltd or our licensors.You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

This site may link to third‑party websites.We do not control and are not responsible for those sites. A link does not imply endorsement.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
